Job summary

Peraton seeks a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to support USCYBERCOM J2 production at Fort Meade, MD. You will fuse intelligence across SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT and technical data to produce finished intelligence for leadership.

You will track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and grow your expertise within a top intelligence team. The role emphasizes cross-discipline collaboration and rapid RFI responses.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Experience: 9+ years w/o degree or 7y with AS/AA or 5y with BS/BA or 3y with MS/MA or 0y with PhD.
• Knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines and structured analytic techniques.
• Ability to produce timely, concise analytic reports and briefings in MS Office.
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources and resolving contradictions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities across sensors and HUMINT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to assess national security issues and cyber threats.
• Research and deconflict single-source reporting, intrusion data, and open-source info.
• Characterize cyber threats and malware to identify adversary TTPs.
• Produce finished intelligence products to ICD 203 analytic standards.
• Support JIPOE planning and execution for offensive and defensive cyber operations.
• Develop and present intelligence briefings to USCYBERCOM staff.
• Produce bulletins on TTP changes and cyber trends affecting DoDIN.
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and IA centers.
• Support cyber exercise scenario development and RFIs.
• Help author Operating Instructions for command-wide programs.

• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources

In this role, you\'ll work alongside senior analysts to fuse intelligence from across all disciplines — SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data — producing finished intelligence products that inform USCYBERCOM leadership and the broader Intelligence Community. You\'ll track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and grow your expertise on one of the most consequential intelligence teams in the U.S. government.

What You\'ll Do

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information
• Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures(TTPs)
• Produce finished intelligence products adhering toICD 203analytic standards
• Contribute to all-sourceJIPOEsupport for offensive and defensive cyber operations(OCO/DCO)planning and execution
• Assist in developing and presenting intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff
• Produce bulletins and briefs on TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats directed atDoDINand U.S. critical infrastructure
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers
• Support cyber-related exercise scenario development, white cell participation, and role-playing activities
• Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Assist in authoring and maintaining Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
