Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst - Production to support USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence production at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves fusing intelligence from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical data to deliver finished products for leadership.

You will track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and grow expertise on a top-tier intelligence team within the U.S. government. Strong MS Office skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Minimum experience: 9 years without a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD.
• Experience producing analytic reports and briefing materials in MS Office formats.
• Familiar with all-source analytic concepts and IC/DoD classification guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess national security issues and cyber threats.
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information.
• Characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends in adversary TTPs.
• Produce finished intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 analytic standards.
• Support JIPOE for offensive and defensive cyber operations planning and execution.
• Develop and present intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff.
• Coordinate with IC counterparts and USCYBERCOM components.

About The Role

Cyber threats don't announce themselves - they have to be found, characterized, and understood before they can be countered. Peraton is looking for a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst - Production to contribute to that mission, supporting USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence production at Fort Meade, MD.

In this role, you'll work alongside senior analysts to fuse intelligence from across all disciplines - SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data - producing finished intelligence products that inform USCYBERCOM leadership and the broader Intelligence Community. You'll track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and grow your expertise on one of the most consequential intelligence teams in the U.S. government.

What You'll Do

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information
• Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Produce finished intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 analytic standards
• Contribute to all-source JIPOE support for offensive and defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO) planning and execution
• Assist in developing and presenting intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff
• Produce bulletins and briefs on TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats directed at DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers
• Support cyber-related exercise scenario development, white cell participation, and role-playing activities
• Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Assist in authoring and maintaining Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

Required

• Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD
• Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information, recognizing nuances and resolving contradictions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated grammar proficiency
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources

Preferred

• Experience with: Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Microsoft OneNote
• Familiarity with: Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder
• Experience entering validated entity information into MIDB or SURGE
• Background in cyber threat analysis, malware characterization, or DoDIN defense
• Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209 standards
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• DoD Directive 8570.01 IAT Level 1 or IAM Level 1 certification

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
