Job summary

Peraton drives missions of consequence—protecting U.S. national security at the highest levels. The Mid-Level All-Source Analyst - Production at Fort Meade, MD fuses SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT and technical data to produce finished intelligence for USCYBERCOM leadership and the broader IC.

You will work with senior analysts, track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and contribute to the development of timely, concise analytic products in Microsoft Office formats.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Minimum 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 0 years with PhD.
• Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts and IC/DoD guidelines.
• Ability to produce timely, logical analytic reports and briefings in MS Office formats.
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple information sources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across sensors and HUMINT sources.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple disciplines to assess national security and cyber threats.
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict classified reports, intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open sources.
• Categorize cyber threats and malware to identify trends in tactics and procedures.
• Produce finished intelligence products adhering to ICD 203 standards.
• Contribute to JIPOE support for offensive and defensive cyber operations planning.
• Assist in developing intelligence briefings and slides for USCYBERCOM staff.
• Produce bulletins on TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats directed at DoDIN and critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and IA Centers.
• Support exercise scenario development and RFIs.
• Assist in authoring and maintaining operating instructions for programs.

In this role, you'll work alongside senior analysts to fuse intelligence from across all disciplines — SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data — producing finished intelligence products that inform USCYBERCOM leadership and the broader Intelligence Community. You'll track adversary TTPs, support cyber operations planning, and grow your expertise on one of the most consequential intelligence teams in the U.S. government.

What You'll Do

• Conduct all-source analysis from multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats
• Research, evaluate, and deconflict single-source classified reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information
• Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware to identify trends and changes in adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures(TTPs)
• Produce finished intelligence products adhering toICD 203analytic standards
• Contribute to all-sourceJIPOEsupport for offensive and defensive cyber operations(OCO/DCO)planning and execution
• Assist in developing and presenting intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff
• Produce bulletins and briefs on TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats directed atDoDINand U.S. critical infrastructure
• Coordinate with IC counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers
• Support cyber-related exercise scenario development, white cell participation, and role-playing activities
• Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs)
• Assist in authoring and maintaining Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
