Job summary

Peraton seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst to support the USCYBERCOM J2 Intelligence Watch at Fort Meade, MD. You will coordinate 24/7 coverage, analyze threats in real time, and produce concise reports and briefing materials for Priority Intelligence Requirements.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive experience in DoD/IC watch operations, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a mission-essential environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24x7 watch position in support of J2/JIOC operations.
• Assist management in managing incidents on the DoDIN and PIR-aligned reporting.
• Develop and disseminate intelligence products, brief books, alerts, and slides.
• Post and maintain intelligence products on various networks (NIPRNET/SIPRNET/JWICS/NSANet).
• Monitor threats and provide contextual analysis of findings on an ongoing basis.
• Manage threat indicators and levels for cyber threat entities.
• Monitor traffic and indicators; update threat levels as needed.
• Assist surge operations as All-Source Watch Manager or Intel Watch Officer.
• Adhere to ICD 203, 206, 208, 209, 501, and 710 analytic tradecrafts.
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions for command-wide programs.

What You Bring

Required:

• ActiveTop Secret/SCI (TS/SCI)clearance with Polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
• Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, watch operations, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats
• Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple sources of information using structured analytic techniques
• Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across disciplines
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidaysin a 24x7 operational environment —this is a Mission Essential position with a 5-day fill requirement

Preferred:

• Experience with:Palantir, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, WISE, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, Microsoft OneNote

This is aMission Essentialposition — one of the most operationally critical roles on the contract. You'll sit at the center of USCYBERCOM's intelligence operations, managing daily reporting against Priority Intelligence Requirements, monitoring adversary threats in real time, and supporting the Defense Warning Program across every classification network the command operates on. During surge, you may step up as All-Source Watch Manager or Intel Watch Officer. What You'll Do

• Maintain the24x7x365 Intelligence Watchposition supporting J2/Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC)
• Assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer in understanding, managing, and mitigating incidents on theDoDIN
• Manage and disseminate daily single-source reporting aligned toUSCYBERCOM Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)
• Develop and disseminate intelligence products, brief books, alerts, and briefing slides
• Update, maintain, and post intelligence products on USCYBERCOM/J2 websites acrossNIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS, NSANet, and other networks
• Monitor adversaries and threats, providing contextual analysis of findings
• Develop, manage, and update threat indicators and levels for specified cyber threat entities
• Monitor daily traffic, databases, and tools for indicators and new threat trends; report when indicators or threat levels change
• Act asAll-Source Watch Managerto assist the JOC Intelligence Watch Officer during surge operations
• Adhere to IC analytic tradecraft standards:ICD 203, 206, 208, 209, 501, and710
• Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives
