Position Overview

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a QinetiQ US company, seeks a mid-level All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Elkridge, MD. The role involves analyzing specialized data, making assessments, and preparing documentation in line with ICD reporting standards.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct all-source intelligence analysis and report writing using customer tools and standards.
2. Identify Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
3. Navigate multiple IC and partner databases for research and analysis.
4. Utilize complex search engines with focused research techniques.
5. Create and deliver documentation supporting assigned programs.
6. Develop graphics and presentations as needed.
7. Provide assessments and recommendations to senior leaders and peers.
8. Understand mitigation techniques for intelligence findings.
9. Apply skills in conceptualization, analysis, research, communication, judgment, and problem-solving.
10. Interact effectively with diverse groups and evaluate issues to reach consensus.
11. Maintain analytical procedures to meet evolving requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• At least 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst.
• Familiarity with DoS, NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT products.
• Knowledge of IC networks: JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and FBI equivalents.
• TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CPE, BLUESTEELE, CARS, DX, FOREMAN, GATEKEEPER, GRAPEVINE, WRANGLER, ArcGIS, Splunk, Palantir, and other IC tools.
