Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a mid All Source Analyst with MIDB or MARS experience to join our team onsite at DIA. You will apply intelligence methods to integrate data from multiple sources and produce assessments on national security issues.

The role requires briefing senior officials, delivering high-quality written products and briefings, and maintaining an active TS/SCI clearance. The position also emphasizes independent work across several projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with the MIDB or the Machine‑Assisted Rapid‑repository System (MARS).
• Experience with strategic all‑source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues.
• Experience briefing senior military and government officials.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (preference for in-scope CI poly).
• HS diploma or GED with 7+ years of analysis experience, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence requirements.

• Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
• Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings

Required Qualifications

• Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine‑Assisted Rapid‑repository System (MARS)
• Experience with strategic all‑source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and related political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Experience with briefing senior military and government officials
• Active TS/SCI clearance (preference will be given to candidates with an in-scope CI poly)
• HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with analysis; #QinetiqClearedJob

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of South America, Central America, and/or the Caribbean
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Ability to work independently while applying government policy guidance
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$104,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
