Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking an All Source Analyst to support NASIC mission-critical intelligence. The role involves collecting and analyzing all-source information to produce actionable intelligence products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform operational planning.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and technical writing skills, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Job description

Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated All Source Analyst to support the production of critical intelligence pertaining to regional threat systems supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) mission. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other analysts to solve complex intelligence issues.

Job Duties

• Utilize appropriate tools to collect and analyze all source analysis from various sources to produce and disseminate relevant intelligence products
• Develop comprehensive intelligence reports highlighting key findings and actionable insights
• Utilize multi-INT tools to perform technical and in-depth data exploitation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate intelligence findings into operational planning and decision-making processes
• Participate in required government training and maintain security and compliance protocols
