Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Fall River, WI to hire reliable individuals for assembly, production, and material handling across all shifts. Pay ranges: $17-$21/hr with potential increases during the first year; OT may be required, including weekends.

1st Shift is Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm, 2nd Shift 2pm-10pm, 3rd Shift 10pm-6am. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and more. Training provided and opportunities for advancement available after hire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment (light electrical or heavy equipment assembly preferred).
• Forklift experience (1+ year) and ability to pass written assessment.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail, self-motivation and multitasking.
• Good finger and hand dexterity.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists, and gathering necessary tools and materials.
• Position and assemble parts using templates or measurements, ensuring correct fit.
• Verify component specifications through measurement and resolve assembly issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Monitor and manage supplies inventory, placing and expediting orders as needed.
• Complete production and quality documentation, contributing to team goals.
• Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking, and hanging them properly on the conveyor; assist with assembly and racking as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for coating quality and thickness using approved tools; report any quality issues to leadership or QC.
• Unload parts from machine; grind and finish metal parts; sort and count order quantities; mask and hang parts; may be assigned to any department to assist with production needs; etc
