Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Boston, with opportunities across all positions within the collision repair shop (such as technicians, estimators, customer service, and support staff). Team members may assist with vehicle intake, inspection, and repair processes, including prepping, painting, parts handling, detailing, and quality checks. Depending on the position, responsibilities can include communicating with customers, supporting insurance claim documentation, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. All roles contribute to keeping the shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards, while working collaboratively to meet repair timelines and deliver excellent customer service.
