• All-Makes Master: deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands.
• Fearless Problem Solving: willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models.
• Efficiency: manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Tools: ownership of a well-stocked toolbox for bumper-to-bumper repairs.
• Credentials: valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Perform full, accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with the service department to communicate concerns.
• Work with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
