Qualifications

• Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands.
• Willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
• Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Technicians diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Build experience across domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Follow high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate concerns effectively with the service department.
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
