Job summary

SullivanBuilding in Bucks County, PA is seeking an all-around Carpenter to handle the full lifecycle of a custom home build, from site prep to finish trim and cabinet installation. You will move between rough framing and finish work as the project demands and take pride in seeing jobs through from dirt to done.

The role requires experience across structural and finish carpentry, the ability to read architectural plans, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship with a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction spanning structural, fieldwork and finish carpentry.
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently from plans.
• Own hand and power tools; list of required tools available upon request.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Bucks County sites.

Responsibilities

• Work across all phases of residential construction: site prep, foundation-adjacent carpentry, framing, exterior trim, interior trim, and finish work.
• Install cabinetry, doors, trim, and other finish carpentry with precision.
• Read and work from architectural plans and specs.
• Coordinate with the site superintendent/PM and other trades to keep the job moving.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite in line with safety standards.
• Take ownership of quality and craftsmanship at every stage of the build.
