Job summary

bigbrandtire is seeking an Alignment Technician to join our performance-driven team. You will work on high-end luxury vehicles, performing alignment-related diagnostics and repairs and ensuring top-quality service for our customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience, hands-on suspension systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with the team to address issues and recommendations. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Experience working on high-end luxury vehicles (Tesla, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz).
• Hands-on experience with suspension systems.
• Ability to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Strong communication with team to address issues and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify required repairs and maintenance.
• Perform alignment-related diagnostics and adjustments.
• Communicate clearly with teammates to address issues and provide recommendations.
• Support fast-paced shop operations and weekend coverage when needed.

Alignment Technician:

• 2+ years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
• Must have experience working on high-end luxury vehicles, such as but not limited to Tesla, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Benz.
• Must have hands-on experience with suspension systems.
• Be able to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members to ensure mechanical issues have been addressed and make recommendations.
