Job summary

Big Brand Tire is seeking an Alignment Technician in our Shreveport, LA shop. You will apply mechanical expertise to diagnose misalignment and related maintenance on vehicles, including high-end luxury models.

You'll contribute to a fast-paced team with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 2+ years of hands-on experience and ability to lift 70 lbs are required; weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional mechanical experience in automotive repair.
• Experience with high-end luxury vehicles (e.g., Tesla, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes).
• Hands-on experience with suspension systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify repairs and maintenance needed.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure issues are addressed.
• Assist during peak hours to support the service team.

Alignment Technician:

• 2+ years of professional mechanical experience working in automotive repair.
• Must have experience working on high-end luxury vehicles, such as but not limited to Tesla, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes Benz.
• Must have hands-on experience with suspension systems.
• Be able to examine and identify necessary repairs and maintenance needed
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members to ensure mechanical issues have been addressed and make recommendations.
