Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and donors warmly, providing prompt and courteous assistance to meet their needs.
• Stock and merchandise items on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store and donation areas, performing cleaning duties as assigned.
• Follow all POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA procedures.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
• Attend monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and accurately stock incoming inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality assurance.
• Assist donors in removing items from vehicles and provide receipts.
• Sort and organize donated materials into proper containers, stacking as instructed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to operate POS/Cash Register accurately and handle transactions.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects including carts, racks, and furniture.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks as required.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Schedule:

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Schedules are determined by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
