Job summary

Nexthire is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer for a remote contractor role focused on AI-driven projects. You will shape how models learn through user-centered design and contribute high-quality inputs for real-world AI systems.

You will prototype in Figma, manage design systems, analyze data with Adobe Analytics, and collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams to deliver compelling web and mobile experiences. Strong portfolio and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms.
• Advanced experience with Figma, including prototyping and design system management.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and leverage analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics for data-driven design decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear documentation and constructive feedback.

micro1 is engaging UX/UI Designers to contribute to a customer-focused project at the intersection of design and emerging technology. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This project presents a unique opportunity for experienced design professionals to leverage their UX/UI skills in a forward-looking, AI-driven initiative, all from the flexibility of a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design methodologies, with a substantial portfolio demonstrating user-centered work across web and mobile platforms.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert's experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.
