FanDuel is seeking an Algorithmic Trading Manager to assist in the build of our algorithmic trading team that will leverage our world‑class sports pricing algorithms. Reporting to the Market Making Senior Director of Quants & Algorithmic Trading, this leader will be instrumental in building a team to operate and evolve sophisticated automated trading systems that optimize our ongoing positions within the market. This role will work at the intersection of sports betting, quantitative modeling, and real‑time trading to ensure we optimize for expected revenue and capital allocation.
This role will be involved with the development and performance of our algorithmic market‑making trading strategies, collaborating closely with quants, product and engineering, and commercial teams. The work will directly impact millions of dollars in daily trading volume and ensuring we are consistently staying within the bounds of our overall Risk parameters.

The applicable salary range for this position is $156,000 - $204,750 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
