Job summary

ByteDance in San Jose is seeking an Account Executive for Innovative Technical Sales (AI). You will build a strong pipeline for our technology solutions and drive revenue by executing go-to-market strategies and closing deals with enterprise clients.

You will cultivate client relationships, leverage GenAI/LLM use cases to maximize ROI, and work with marketing to boost market awareness through conferences and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite.
• Execute Go to Market strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities.
• Build and manage a strong relationship with prospective clients.
• Familiar with industry pain points and able to leverage innovation technology use cases to maximize the client's ROI.
• Partner closely with the marketing team to drive up market awareness of our innovative technology portfolio via public conferences, seminars and/or workshops.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and willing to stretch beyond core responsibilities to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or product role with a background in B2B technology and/or GenAI/LLM, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or AI industries.
• You are a self-starter & have a passion for making an impact for our clients.
• Strong results-oriented mindset, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159120 - $365400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
