Job summary

Aditi Consulting in Redmond, WA is seeking an algorithm developer to design and implement ML algorithms and deploy them to embedded hardware. You will test, optimize, and port code to firmware, working with PyTorch/TensorFlow, Python, and C on ARM/NVidia Jetson/RPi platforms, with on-site support in Redmond.

Summary

The main function of an algorithm developer is to design and implement algorithms for machine learning. The typical developer will be able to test the effectiveness of routines against requirements. In addition, embedded firmware efforts are needed to deploy the developed algorithms to hardware.

Responsibilities

• Training and optimizing ML/hybrid pipelines for hardware deployment.
• Develop and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques of algorithms related to Deep Learning.
• Design, implement, and test algorithms for a variety of machine learning (deep learning) tasks.
• Design statistical models and algorithms for analyzing workload performance.
• Synthesize algorithm needs and designs for customer requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues found with software.
• Deploy algorithms to hardware and improve software performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with algorithm development using PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Experience with object-oriented programming in C or other languages.
• Experience with embedded systems (e.g., Raspberry Pi, NVidia Jetson, FPGA) and deploying algorithms to hardware.
• Experience with machine learning toolkits and platforms.
• Ability to deploy algorithms to hardware by porting them to firmware.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $82.00 - $86.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
