Jersey College is seeking an Algebra Adjunct Instructor for 1 day per week (Thursdays, 8am-11am) to support nursing program students. The role focuses on preparing progress reports, attendance, and evaluating competencies within the program's philosophy and objectives.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree with teaching hours, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a passion for helping RN/PN students succeed. This is a part-time faculty position located on-site.

• Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Jersey College has positions available in our Nursing Program. We are looking for individuals who have a desire and passion for teaching and will take both pride and ownership in the success of their students.

Position: Algebra Adjunct Instructor - 1 day per week - Thursdays - 8am-11am

Essential Functions:

• Preparing student progress reports and grade reports
• Maintaining accurate and timely attendance records
• Evaluating student competence based on program philosophy and objectives
• Implementing evaluation devices of student learning and clinical experience to measure progress and competency
• Attending faculty meetings
• Maintaining professional qualifications through participation in continuing education programs, in-service training, and academic courses
• Perform other duties as required by the program director, program dean, or campus administration

Qualifications
