Job summary

Alfa Romeo Maserati Englewood Cliffs dealership is seeking an experienced Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and repair abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

Alfa Romeo and Maserati certification is required. Pay is $40–$50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with up to $15K sign-on bonus. Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time, with competitive compensation based on certification level.

Qualifications

• Current Alfa Romeo and/or Maserati certification is required.
• Professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of modern automotive electrical and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform manufacturer-recommended services and repairs according to factory specifications.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and technical information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Department regarding vehicle concerns and repair needs.
• Stay current with manufacturer technology, technical updates, and repair procedures.
