What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
- Understand enterprise data requirements and ensure compliance with established patterns
- Prioritize user and stakeholder needs in product development and trade-off discussions
- Create and maintain a vision and roadmap for product development
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess project success and evolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of experience in digital product management
- At least 3 years of experience working with SQL
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large data files
- Results-focused with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA or Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
