Job summary

Montana Ale Works in Bozeman, MT is seeking friendly, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our host stand team. You will greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and work closely with servers to ensure a superior dining experience.

We train the right people, value growth, and promote from within. This is a night-only establishment offering a fun, fast-paced work environment with strong community ties.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant is helpful but not necessary; training provided.
• Must be able to work well as part of a team and deliver friendly service.
• Night shifts; opportunities to ski, mountain bike or fish before work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the host stand and manage seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen to optimize guest flow.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house area and assist guests as needed.
