Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to conduct in-store alcohol beverage and food demonstrations while complying with laws. You will prepare setups, verify ages, and engage customers to communicate product benefits.

This role requires working weekends, having access to a smartphone, reliable transportation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and standing throughout events. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities include acquiring, maintaining and sharing knowledge of products, serving, demonstrating, educating customers, and promoting products in an engaging and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, setting‑up, pouringsamples, and verifying member’s ages while maintaining a clean environment.
• Engaging with retail locationcustomers to communicate key points about products being demonstrated.
• Ensuring compliance with allapplicable adult beverage laws and regulations
• Working with the team to achievesales goals of the products you are demonstrating.
