Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Adult Beverage Engagement Specialist to perform in-store alcohol beverage and food demonstrations, ensure age verification, and communicate product knowledge in a compliant, engaging manner.

The role involves setting up and delivering samples, engaging customers at retail locations, and helping the team achieve sales goals while maintaining a clean environment. Training is provided, and accommodations are available upon request.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
• Daily access to a smartphone to report work completion.
• Access to reliable transportation to ensure regular attendance.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• The ability to stand to perform the event for the duration of the event.

Responsibilities include acquiring, maintaining and sharing knowledge of products, serving, demonstrating, educating customers, and promoting products in an engaging and professional manner.
