Job summary

Cap N Cork in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Delivery Driver to represent the store and serve our community with friendly, reliable service.

You'll handle deliveries, verify IDs, and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while earning tips and mileage reimbursement.

This role requires 21+ and a valid license; hours are Mon-Sat 1pm-8pm and Sun 1pm-6pm, with hourly pay of $16 and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit.
• Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to responsible alcohol delivery standards and verify IDs.
• Review orders pre- and post-delivery for accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Follow transportation and parking laws.
• Operate Delivery System via office computer.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints from customers.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Prepare mileage and tip reports relating to deliveries.
