Job summary

Gays Hops-N-Schnapps in Northeast Indiana is hiring a Delivery Driver to be the face of our store in the community. If you enjoy friendly service and driving, we'd love to hear from you. A typical day includes deliveries similar to Uber Eats or DoorDash, but for alcohol, with ID checks and friendly interactions.

You will follow routes, verify orders, and provide excellent customer service. The role offers an hourly wage, tips kept by drivers, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities to support

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR as per insurer.
• Ability to maintain an Indiana State Employee Liquor Permit.
• Ability to maintain an Indiana State Approved Server Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Practice Responsible alcohol delivery service standards and verify IDs.
• Thoroughly review orders before and after delivery for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Follow all transportation and parking laws.
• Operate delivery system via office computer.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions and handle complaints.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Prepare mileage and tip reports relating to deliveries.
