Job summary

Legends Global is seeking staff to ensure responsible service of alcohol across the venue in accordance with state and company policies. You will assist staff with alcohol issues, monitor compliance, and support inventory and guest service efforts.

The role requires the ability to move quickly, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule including nights and holidays. Prior experience in alcohol compliance is preferred, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervises alcohol service by game day staff.
• Ensures adherence to Legends alcohol service policy.
• Observes and documents alcohol-related issues or violations.
• Assists with alcohol cut-off and other duties as assigned.
• Completes inventory at assigned locations.
• Maintains friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
• Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knows menu, specials, and services offered.
• Familiar with venue layout and assigned areas.
• Provides guests with personal service and attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Ensures compliance with company service standards.
• Works as a team with colleagues and other departments.
• Maintains flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Meets state/local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.
