Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, Atlanta-based hospitality leader, seeks an Alcohol & Safety Compliance Manager to drive company-wide alcohol and safety standards. You will develop trainings (TIPS/TABC), maintain staff certifications, and ensure regulatory license compliance across venues and events.

You will lead audits, implement loss-prevention strategies, and stay ahead of evolving alcohol laws, partnering with operations to close gaps and enhance safety culture.

Qualifications

• Active TABC Certification required.
• Experience with Alcohol TIPS and TABC training programs.
• Background in alcohol compliance training and enforcement.
• Loss prevention experience in hospitality/events.
• Experience conducting field audits for bartenders/alcohol service.
• Ability to meet health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee alcohol and safety compliance for Proof of the Pudding company-wide.
• Develop and oversee Alcohol Compliance Training (TIPS/TABC).
• Ensure staff hold current TABC certification and health requirements.
• Administer and enforce liquor license compliance processes and renewals.
• Conduct field audits to ensure alcohol service standards and policy compliance.
• Develop and enforce loss prevention strategies for inventory control.
• Lead regulatory engagement with alcohol/safety agencies.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, reports and audit documentation.
• Provide training and corrective action plans for operations when gaps appear.
• Stay current on state/local alcohol laws and update policies accordingly.
