Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a role focused on responsible alcohol service across the venue. Under management direction, supervise game day staff, enforce Legend's alcohol policies, observe and document incidents, and assist with cut-off decisions.

The incumbent will monitor adherence to the Legends Alcohol Policy and collaborate with staff to maintain guest satisfaction. Qualifications include experience in fast-paced environments and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Must be able to stand, kneel, lift (up to 30 pounds), carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down.
• Must be able to operate in a fast paced, challenging, and diverse environment efficiently.

• Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knows the layout of the venue and assigned area.
• Maintains a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Collaborates with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Works a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Meets state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

• Ability to assure compliance with all company service standards
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within venue
