Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Seattle, Washington, is seeking part-time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to ensure operations comply with state, federal, and local alcohol laws and company procedures. The role involves supervising staff, documenting issues, advising on alcohol service, verifying permits, and managing alcohol cut-offs.

The position requires 21+, a valid permit, and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior Security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Valid, un-expired alcohol pourer's permit required prior to being hired.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide feedback and coaching to team members with varied experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
• Assist with alcohol cut-off

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part‑time Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location‑specific alcohol procedures.

Pay

$22.00 - $24.00 / hour

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
