The Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT) provides supervised support in the delivery of substance use disorder (SUD) services, including screening, assessment support, case management, psychoeducation, and coordination of care. This position is designed for individuals working toward certification or licensure in alcohol and drug counseling and operates under the direct supervision of a licensed clinician in accordance with Maryland state regulations. The ADT plays a key role in engaging individuals and families, supporting recovery-oriented services, and assisting with linkage to community resources.
$41,600.00 - $47,840.00 per year (more if master's degree holder -- must be human services related degree)

Associate's degree or higher in a Health and Human Service counseling field and 1 semester credit (2 quarter credit) college course in Alcohol and Drug Ethics (OR)
At least 15 college credits (25 quarter credits) in alcohol and drug counseling and you have a 1 semester credit (2 quarter credit) college course OR 15 CEU's (Continuing Education Units) in Alcohol and Drug Ethics.
