Qualifications

Outdoor guiding experience with kayaking, off-road vehicle operation, or hiking.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
Ability to work in variable wilderness conditions.
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead guided tours including kayaking, Jeep/ATV, and hikes.
Provide engaging narration on local history, wildlife, culture, and ecosystems.
Communicate safety information in English and another language.
Ensure guest safety and equipment readiness and maintenance.
Attend trainings and represent Icy Strait Point professionally.
