Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations in a travel capacity.

The SLP will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized therapy plans, and ensure accurate documentation while enjoying the benefits of a travel opportunity in Alaska.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SLP license in the state of Alaska/requirements compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers.
• Maintain thorough documentation in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs.
