Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two full-time Physical Therapists for outpatient clinics in Wasilla, AK and Talkeetna, AK. You will work in a patient-focused environment with the chance to build long-term patient relationships and pursue clinical interests within a supportive team.

New grads welcome; open to travel contractors and direct hire options. Expect a diverse caseload and opportunities to grow within a family-owned regional network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient physical therapy patients.
• Provide hands‑on treatment and therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post‑surgical, sports medicine, and neurological cases.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within clinic guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and at-home exercises.
• Build long‑term relationships with patients while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Manage an average caseload of approximately 8-10 patients per day.
