Job summary

International SOS in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a full-time Occupational Health Technician for our Occupational Health Clinic. The primary duties include field and clinic drug and alcohol specimen collections daily and after hours, performing both DOT and non-DOT collections with urine, saliva, hair, and breath methods, and calibrating testing devices.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma; Certified Medical Assistant or EMT-I preferred; 1–2 years of related experience and a valid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Certified Medical Assistant or EMT-I preferred.
• 1-2 years drug and alcohol or occupational health experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Technician level drug and alcohol and occupational health testing, data entry and administrative support.
• Provide administration support to include answering phones, scheduling and filing.
• Perform a variety of occupational health testing procedures including audiograms, pulmonary function tests, fit tests, and functional capacity tests.
