Foundation Health Partners is actively recruiting an ambitious Nurse Practitioner to join our Outpatient OB/GYN Team.

The Opportunity

Foundation Health Partners OB/GYN provides compassionate care tailored to the needs of women throughout every stage of life. Within the FHP OB/GYN clinic, we offer fully equipped facilities for outpatient obstetric and gynecologic services, including annual exams, birth control counseling, prenatal care, and menopause support. Our patient-centered team focuses on prevention, early detection, and ongoing management of women\'s health conditions. As part of our group, you will help deliver high-quality care that supports the well-being of women across Fairbanks and surrounding communities.

  • Compensation: Starting at a base of $147,112, compensation can be further adjusted based on experience. Additional opportunity to increase earnings through productivity. $40k sign-on bonus.
  • Schedule: M-F outpatient clinic. Five 8\'s or Four 10\'s. No night call. Weekends & holidays off. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.
  • Patient Panel: Offering a variety of female patients seeking wellness support in the outpatient setting.
  • Team: A highly motivated and dedicated team consisting of 2 OB/GYN physicians, 1 RN and 1 MA.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must possess knowledge of clinical care and patient treatment as normally obtained through the completion of master\'s degree in nursing.
  • Must be approved to practice as a Women\'s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) by the State Board of Nursing by proof of license/certification.
  • Must be certified to practice by the State Board of Nursing within a particular population as a nurse practitioner. Requires personal DEA license or must have prescribing and dispensing authority granted by the state board of nursing.
  • Proficient in computer applications and database management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current BLS certification preferred.
  • Current or in process Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience.
