Princess Cruises and Holland America Line is seeking a Supervisor, Housekeeping at Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge in Alaska for Seasonal - Full Time work. You will oversee a large housekeeping team, train staff, coach and guide colleagues while upholding safety standards and ensuring clean, comfortable, and safe guest spaces for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, reward, and discipline all employees on the job.
• Prepare housekeeping paperwork and assign rooms to attendants.
• Coordinate with hotel staff via radio/phone for safety and service concerns.
• Daily inspection of guest rooms and employee housing for quality assurance.
• Update housekeeping logs and ensure proper storage of chemicals and cleaning products.
• Interact with guests, provide local information, answer questions, and relay concerns to a supervisor.
