Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Alarm/Low-voltage Technician based in Paducah, KY. As an Alarm/Low-Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of systems. This includes low voltage engineering, life safety system installations, and providing exceptional customer service. Some work from home is possible, depending on the tasks and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Low Voltage Engineering and Alarm Systems
• Strong Troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge in Life Safety systems and regulations
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the security or alarm industry is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
