Park Security Systems in Altoona, PA is seeking an Alarm Installation Technician to help protect homes and businesses in the local community. This full-time, in-person role focuses on wiring, testing, and delivering security projects from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of relevant experience, can climb ladders and pull cabling, operate power and hand tools, and hold a valid driver's license. Compensation is $30-$35/hour with benefits and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Wiring: Pull/Term/Test of infrastructure.

• Complete post-installation checklists.
• Collaborate with other teams/stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor and respond promptly to managed services/central station notifications.

Join our team and help keep your community safe! We're looking for experienced, dependable candidates to fill the role of Alarm Installation Technician - helping protect the homes and businesses in your community.

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 500 8th Ave, Altoona, PA 16602

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Monday to Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)
• Availability for after hours on call rotation, as assigned

Your Manager:

• Mark, Operations Manager

Your Contribution to Park Security Systems:
