Qualifications

• Positive communication with clear tone and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to priority alarm notifications by contacting customers and emergency responders.
• Monitor video alarms, review footage, and determine appropriate action.
• Process inbound alarm-related calls with secure, customer-centric support.
• Collaborate in a 24/7 Central Station environment with possible shift differential.
• Document incidents accurately following established procedures.
