Aventura at Oakwood Assisted Living in Springfield, OH is hiring Resident Assistants to support residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a warm, collaborative setting.

Formación

• Experience in assisted living, senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.
• Provide meal assistance and encourage proper nutrition/hydration.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Encourage participation in activities and independence.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Respect residents' privacy and preferences.
• Document care and services per facility procedures.
• Communicate resident concerns to the team.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
