The Country Home Memory Care in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide non-clinical support to residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. You will assist with daily activities, meals, and comfort, while maintaining a clean living environment and working closely with nursing staff.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation and activities.
• Assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and comfort-related needs.
• Serve meals, assist during mealtimes, and ensure residents are comfortable.
• Maintain clean and organized rooms and dining areas; deliver linens and supplies as needed.
• Report concerns to nursing staff and assist with mobility and transport within the facility.
• Support activities department by encouraging participation in events and programs.

The Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing non-clinical support and assistance to residents in a healthcare or long-term care facility. This role involves helping residents with daily activities, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, and ensuring that their needs are met in a compassionate and respectful manner.
