Job description

The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care to residents, in accordance with the Resident Care Profile and directives from the Executive Director and Health Services Director. The aim is to enhance residents' independence and quality of life. This position is at a WellQuest Living community. Additionally, the Caregiver assists residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimal level of functioning. Reports to: Health Services Director, Journey Care Director, or Journey Program Director, as assigned.

Minimum requirements include:

1. Passing a background clearance
2. Being at least 18 years old
3. Having experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
