Fortune Bay Resort Casino in Tower, Minnesota is seeking a Bistro Bartender to craft beverages for our premium bistro menu and provide exceptional guest service.
You will maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, handle cash and POS transactions, and collaborate with kitchen and servers to ensure a seamless guest experience. This is a tipped position with attention to responsible service and safety standards.
As a Bistro Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by expertly crafting and serving a wide range of beverages tailored to complement our premium bistro menu. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will ensure guests enjoy both classic and innovative cocktails in a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs will be essential to fostering repeat business and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Ultimately, your contribution will directly impact the reputation and success of our bistro by elevating the beverage service to match the quality of our cuisine.
Although this is a tipped position, it is Fortune Bay Resort Casino’s policy that tips do not go home with the employee at the end of their shifts but are brought to the vault and will be paid out on the employee’s paycheck.

The required skills such as mixology knowledge and customer service are essential for crafting beverages that meet guest expectations and create a welcoming environment. Communication skills enable the bartender to engage with patrons effectively, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations. Physical stamina and organizational skills are used daily to maintain a clean and efficient bar area while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Preferred skills like familiarity with POS systems and inventory management streamline operations and ensure accurate transaction processing and stock control. Additionally, knowledge of wine and spirits enhances the ability to suggest pairings that complement the bistro menu, elevating the overall dining experience.
The work environment is fast-paced and requires overall good mental and physical health.

Ability to perform repetitive wrist movement with keys, guiding motorized carts that weigh 800 to 1200 lbs., long periods of sitting, walking, stooping, bending, and crawling in confined areas. Extensive computer use is required. Must have theability to tolerate various scents, noises, and bright lights.
