IMR SOFT LLC is seeking an experienced Akamai with AI Engineer to support enterprise-scale WAF onboarding, application migrations, and AI/LLM security. The role collaborates with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams to protect internet-facing applications and strengthen security controls.

Key duties include configuring Kona Site Defender, Bot Manager, API Security, incident response, and proactive security tuning in line with OWASP Top 10 principles.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Akamai security experience required.
• Experience configuring Kona Site Defender and Bot Manager.
• Knowledge of API security, WAF tuning, and OWASP Top 10.

Responsabilités

• Lead Akamai WAF onboarding and migrations from monitor to deny mode.
• Tune Kona Site Defender policies and analyze false positives.
• Manage Bot Manager, API Security, DDoS, and Client Reputation controls.
• Troubleshoot AI/LLM traffic and WAF-triggered events.
• Support security improvements and AI protections.
• Prepare security dashboards and executive status updates.
• Assist with migration, DNS, load balancer, and traffic cutover activities.
