Horizontal Talent is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer to design and deliver personalized customer journeys, responsive email experiences, and frontend enhancements for a major enterprise environment.

This hybrid contract role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, HTML/CSS/JS, and implementing personalization and dynamic content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality digital experiences and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Create responsive email templates and supporting assets for digital campaigns and communications.
• Implement personalization and dynamic content to improve the customer experience.
• Develop front-end enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Support development efforts within a custom CPQ platform environment.
• Partner with team members to deliver high-quality technical solutions in a collaborative setting.
• Contribute to ongoing development work with a focus on maintainability and performance.

Skills

• Hands-on experience developing in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong background in building customer journeys and email templates.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing personalization and dynamic content.Ability to work in an enterprise development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a hybrid arrangement three days per week in Knoxville, TN, Minneapolis, MN, Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting front-end work within a custom CPQ platform.
• Prior work on customer journey or digital experience initiatives in large organizations.
• Experience with responsive email development best practices.
• Comfort working on a contract assignment with potential for extension.
