Terran Orbital is looking for an experienced AIT Technician – GNC Module Assembly to join our team in Irvine, California. This role involves assembling and testing complex spacecraft components and requires a strong understanding of quality control and AS-9100 standards.
The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or GED, and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly. Additionally, effective communication skills and a U.S. citizenship requirement are essential for this position.

Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced AIT Technician – GNC Module Assembly to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the AIT Technician – GNC Module Assembly will be responsible for assembling and testing Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC) spacecraft components. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of quality control and AS-9100 standards.
This role is on the Weekend shift (Friday - Sunday) from 6:00AM - 7:00PM.
$28 – $35 USD
An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. This would require the ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. This position is generally sedentary, with substantial computer usage.
The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
