General Function
Oversees the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store’s online shopping website. Maintains the order fulfillment process and scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be skilled in computer and internet use.

Working Conditions:
Mostly performed in a retail store setting. Exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes; hazards from moving equipment and electrical shocks. Fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple projects.
Equipment Used:
PC, modem, printer, Windows NT, Microsoft Office, email, internet, UNIX systems, cash registers, scales, calculator, telephone, fax, copy machine.
Contacts:
Daily contact with store personnel, suppliers, customers, and the public. Occasional contact with regulatory agencies.
Confidentiality:
Access to confidential information including inventory, sales, email messages, pricing, reports, and operational data.
