Job summary

Heristo AG is seeking a skilled aviation maintenance professional to ensure fleet airworthiness under CAMO. You will manage AMP, ADs, SBs, and STC/MiC changes while maintaining configuration and records across operations. You will serve as the technical liaison among CAMO, maintenance orgs, flight ops, and authorities.

The role requires expertise in helicopter systems, especially Airbus lines, and fluency in German and English to communicate with diverse teams and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Part-66 license with relevant experience.
• Several years in Continuing Airworthiness (Part-CAMO) and/or Part-145 helicopter maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of helicopter systems, Airbus types preferred.
• Experience managing AMP, ADs, SBs, and modifications with records.
• Proficiency with LTB400 or equivalent aviation maintenance system.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the fleet per EASA Part-CAMO.
• Manage and optimize Aircraft Maintenance Programs and planning.
• Evaluate airworthiness requirements, including ADs, SBs, and STC/MiC changes.
• Maintain aircraft configuration control and records integrity.
• Serve as technical focal point between CAMO, maintenance, flight ops, and authorities.
• Support audits and implement continuous improvement with technical guidance.
